Overview

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After 15 days, we won’t be able to support a brimming refund or change.

To return a part, it must be unused, in original condition, and still in the original pack.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

You’ll need to provide a receipt or a receipt to complete your return.

Do not return your purchase to the maker.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tapesoftwarevideo gamecassette tapeor vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any article not in its original conditionis damaged or absent parts for reasons not due to our wrong.
  • Any item that is repaid more than 30 days subsequently delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know. The email will also confirm whether your refund is approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived, start by checking your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be processed and posted.

Sale items

We only offer refunds for regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only change items that are defective. To exchange your item for the unchanging one, mail us at support@spider555hoodie.com and send the article back to us.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we accept the returned part, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the article wasn’t marked free at purchase or was exported to the gift donor to be delivered to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your brand, please mail it to us.

You are top the transportation costs when replying a part, and these costs are non-refundable. If you approve a refund, the return freight cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on the place you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-value items, we advise using a detectable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee we will sustain your return.
